Toolbar Guide
Once you are in a conference you will see an icon bar across the top of the display. These icons are used to control your conference experience.

| Change the screen layout. This button toggles between showing all participants even-sized or showing the active speaker in a larger window. | |
| Toggles between display your conference in a window or using the full screen. In full screen mode the toolbar will disappear. Simply move the mouse to make it reappear. | |
| Share an application window. | |
| When multiple participants are sharing applications this button allows you to select from the various shared applications. You can only see one application at a time. | |
| Toggle preview on an off. With preview on you can see yourself. | |
| Adjusts or mutes the audio volume. | |
| Adjust the gain or "sensitivity" of the microphone. Can also be used to mute your microphone. | |
| Toggles your camera on and off. Be aware this does not mute your microphone. | |
| Access the configuration menu. This icon turns red when there is an alarm condition such as high CPU usage or insufficient bandwidth. | |
| Disconnect from your conference. This will not shut down other people in the conference room. |
